Role description
You define effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients and propose digital marketing solutions. You ensure flawless after-sales service and contribute to reaching the team’s goals.
Your main responsibilities
- Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to new prospects, present our services to generate sales and grow the client portfolio.
- Building proposals: Design personalized, compelling proposals tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Client management: Maintain lasting relationships, manage expectations proactively and ensure regular communication.
We expect you to meet these requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Understanding of organic search (SEO), digital advertising and social media
- Experience with CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Availability for travel to client sites
- A proactive and autonomous attitude
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written: part of our clientele is based outside Quebec, so you will communicate and build business relationships in English
