What motivates me in what I do? Creating a workplace where it’s truly possible to balance life and work, while keeping the thrill of watching KPIs climb and our clients get results. But what makes me proudest is the team. A team ON FIRE, built one person at a time, where everyone believed in our vision and helps Ursa grow.
I can easily lose track of time with Lego or as soon as I step outside. In summer, it’s the vegetable garden and hiking; in winter, I head to the mountain with my snowboard. A day at the mall? Not for me! And if there’s one constant in my days, it’s coffee: I love making it as much as drinking it.

My curiosity and my eagerness to learn naturally led me to digital marketing. I love understanding new technologies, exploring new ways of doing things and working in a field that never stops changing. After all these years at Ursa, I’m still just as proud to be part of this adventure. Watching the company grow, supporting our team as it evolves and celebrating our shared successes are a big source of motivation for me every day.
My free time is a nice mix of dinners with friends, time in the kitchen inventing new recipes and Zumba classes, often set to music, which follows me pretty much everywhere. That social side carries over to the arenas and the baseball and soccer fields: I love spending time with my two boys and, above all, watching them grow and thrive through their sports.
