Chaque entreprise doit d\u00e9sormais respecter le droit \u00e0 la portabilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, laissant ainsi plus de contr\u00f4le et de pouvoir aux consommateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La loi stipule que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">toute personne qui exploite une entreprise et d\u00e9tient un renseignement personnel sur autrui doit, \u00e0 la demande de la personne concern\u00e9e, lui en confirmer l\u2019existence et lui donner communication de ce renseignement en lui permettant d\u2019en obtenir une copie. \u00c0 la demande du requ\u00e9rant, un renseignement personnel informatis\u00e9 doit \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9 sous la forme d\u2019une transcription \u00e9crite et intelligible. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/q14.plus\/blogue\/phase-3-de-la-loi-25-le-22-septembre-2024-etes-vous-prets\/\">phase 3 de la loi 25<\/a> impose de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es en transit, de former le personnel sur la portabilit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, de mettre en place un plan de r\u00e9ponse en cas d\u2019incident li\u00e9 au transfert de donn\u00e9es et de mettre \u00e0 jour votre politique de confidentialit\u00e9 pour y inclure les nouveaux droits \u00e0 la portabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rappelons que la loi 25 s\u2019applique au Qu\u00e9bec depuis 2021 et vise \u00e0 renforcer la protection des informations personnelles des utilisateurs.
